Food Pantry

Washington County residents who wish to apply to receive food from CAC’s pantry on a monthly basis must apply annually at the agency and meet eligibility requirements.

When receiving monthly food from CAC, clients will be required to provide their photo ID which must match the name on their approved food pantry application.

To apply for food pantry assistance, please visit Community Action Council.

You will need to bring the following:

  • Your Photo ID
  • At least one proof of eligibility document
    • SNAP card
    • Documents showing that you receive Medical Assistance
    • TANF Documents
    • Unemployment Documents
    • Energy Assistance Recipient Documents
    • Proof of income that show you are at or below 150% of the Federal Poverty Guideline 

*As of 10/6/2021 CAC discontinued the use of the Washington County Food Bank Card to receive food from CAC’s food pantry.  The other pantries who participated in the Washington Count Food Bank Card will have their own requirements for receiving food from their pantries.
