Full Circles-Hancock

Providing place-based services for our Hancock community.

In addition to all of our standard services, the Washington County Community Action Council (CAC) is proud to introduce Full Circles – Hancock, a new place-based initiative designed to support residents of the 21750 ZIP code in Hancock, Maryland.

This initiative provides direct assistance to eligible households in the following areas:

  • Rental Assistance
  • Eviction Prevention
  • Utility Assistance
  • Food Security

Eligibility Requirements:
Residents must live in the 21750 ZIP code and have a household income at or below 200% of the Area Median Income (AMI).

Documentation Required:

  • Proof of residency (must show 21750 ZIP code)
  • Proof of income

Additional Services Available:
Through this initiative, participants may also access financial planning, case management, and housing support services provided by our HUD-certified housing counselor and licensed social worker.
